简要规则描述：为加强耕地和永久基本农田精细化管理，不断促进耕地和永久基本农田布局优化，在梳理全区耕地（永久基本农田）布局优化资源的基础上，对2024年度项目涉及区域的土地综合整治耕地（永久基本农田）布局优化方案进行区级技术评估，包括方案准确性评估、合理性评估和合规性评估，并提供耕地（永久基本农田）规划空间引导。
Brief Specification Description:In order to strengthen the fine management of cultivated land and permanent basic farmland, and continuously promote the optimization of the layout of cultivated land and permanent basic farmland, on the basis of combing the resources for the optimization of the layout of cultivated land (permanent basic farmland) in the whole region, the district-level technical assessment of the layout optimization plan of cultivated land (permanent basic farmland) in the area involved in the project in 2024 was carried out, including the accuracy assessment, rationality assessment and compliance assessment of the scheme, and the spatial guidance of cultivated land (permanent basic farmland) planning was provided.
合同履约期限：要求在2024年11月中旬前完成全部工作。合同有效期：合同签订之日起至2024年12月31日止。
